Goods remain the property of reTouch lighting until paid for in full.
We require full payment upfront before we despatch/make goods.
All lights are tested before despatched. We cannot be held responsible for faults that occur after installation.
There may be additional charges for particular electrical requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.
Bespoke items are non refundable. Measurements may not be 100% accurate as the lights are hand made.
